Über die im sauren Gebiet wirksamen wandständigen Proteasen des mittleren und des unteren Darmkanals des Menschen

Abstract: Das Kathepsin der Magen-Seh leim h au t ist im Jahre 1929 von Willstätter und Bamann 1 aufgefunden worden. 1939 haben wir es auch im Magen-S aft nachgewiesen 2 und, darauf basierend, eine neue Theorie der Eiweiß Verdauung im Magen begründet 3 .
