UJI AKTIVITAS ANTIRADIKAL EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN Elephantopus schaber L., Ocimum basilicum L.forma citratum Back., Graptophylum pictum Griff, dan Gynura procumbens Merr. DENGAN METODE DPPH (1,1- Difenil-2- Pikril Hidrazil) SERTA PENETAPAN KADAR FENOLIK TOT

Abstract: Daun  Elephantopus schaber L. (tapak liman), Ocimum basilicum L.forma citratum Back., (selasih) Graptophylum pictum Griff (daun ungu), dan Gynura procumbens Merr. Sampel uji yaitu ekstrak etanol daun selasih, ungu, sambung nyawa, dan tapak liman ditentukan aktivitas an… Show more

“…5 Medicinal plants are scientifically studied and researched, the results prove and support the fact that Biomedical Journal of Indonesia https://www.jurnalkedokteranunsri.id/index.php/BJI/index medicinal plants actually contain compounds and substances that are clinically proven to be beneficial to health 6 . Basil leaves are an example of a traditional plant that contains flavonoids as natural antioxidants that act as an antidote to free radicals 7 . Basil leaves have antioxidant compounds, namely phenolic compounds (flavonoids, phenolic acids, tocopherols), nitrogen compounds (chlorophyll derivatives, alkaloids, amines, and amino acids), and beta caratone.…”
