“…Since its original description in 1983 by Steeper and Rosai [1], aggressive angiomyxoma has gained recogni tion, with about 40 reported cases, as a distinctive myxoid neoplasm of the female pelvis and perineum [1,5,6] as well as the vagina [1,5,7], vulva [1,5,8] and cervix [9]. • However, reports of aggressive angiomyxoma in males are rare, to our knowledge, 12 cases in males having been reported in the English-language literature [2][3][4][5], The ori gin sites of aggressive angiomyxoma in males were scro tum [2][3][4], spermatic cord [2,3], inguinal region [2], peri anal region [5], perineum [5], and pelvis [2], Lack of awareness of this uncommon tumor in males is evidenced by failure of textbooks on urologic pathology to mention this entity.…”
