This research aims to investigate the impact of supply chain management and agile supply chain on customer satisfaction and competitive advantage in two factories of Fars Industrial Town. According to the research topic, the following variables are defined: supply chain management, agile supply chain, competitive advantage, and customer satisfaction. Research in terms of purpose is applied and in terms of nature and methodology is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population includes 110 respondents and the statistical sample includes 86 respondents. At first, the reliability and validity of the research is investigated. Also, using the structural equation modeling technique with partial least squares approach, the research hypotheses are tested. The results of the study indicate confirmation of all of the hypotheses.
