Unintentional Chronic Acetaminophen Poisoning During Pregnancy Resulting in Liver Transplantation

Abstract: Introduction Acetaminophen (APAP) is a widely used medication in pregnancy and is considered safe. Unfortunately, APAP is also among the most commonly reported agents implicated in overdoses during pregnancy.
