Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Bilinçli Farkındalıkları ile Bilişsel Esneklikleri Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract: Bu çalışmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencilerinin bilinçli farkındalıkları ile bilişsel esneklikleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 187 kadın ve 57 erkek toplam 244 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubundaki üniversite öğrencilerinin yaşları 18 ile 34 arasında değişmekte olup, yaş ortalaması 20.27'dir.
