University of the future: the development strategy

Abstract

В статье отражены результаты работы участников Международной летней школы «Высшее образование и академическая мобильность молодежи в современных интеграционных процессах», прошедшей в Томском государственном университете 2-5 июля 2017 г. В ней представлен анализ трех направлений деятельности вуза, играющих ключевую роль в его модернизации в соответствии с требованиями времени, а также даны рекомендации по повышению эффективности работы вуза в указанных направлениях. Ключевые слова: университет; рынок труда; академическая мобильность; мировое образовательное пространство.

Strategic Development and its Role in Achieving Administrative Reform - An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of the Employees of the University of Kufa
