Unrinsed Nemipterus virgatus surimi provides more nutrients than rinsed surimi and helps recover immunosuppressed mice treated with cyclophosphamide

Abstract: BACKGROUND The rinsing process in the production of surimi can cause the loss of some important nutrients.
