Olitober 1975 InhsltsubersichtIrn ersten Teil der vorliegenden Arbeit wird iiber Messungen der Wachsturnsrate von Polymerschichten auf der Entlndlillgsrohrwand im Bereich der positiven Siiule in Neon @ = 1,ti Torr,Die diirchgefiihrten Berechnungcn der \V;Lchsturnsraten u s den Plasrnapwirneterii gehen von der Annahme atis, daR die Schichtbildrlng mnRgeblich durch den radialen urnbipolaren Diffusionsst,rorn tler Elektronen iind Ionen zur Rohrwand bestirnrnt wird. Entsprechend dieser Vorstellung erfolgt eine Modifizierung der Grundgleichungen, die in der Literatur bereits fur die Elektronenstmhlpolyrnerisntion bzw. fiir die Polyrneriskltion auf den Elektroden von Gasentladungen hergeleitet. wurden.Es zeigt sich, dnO dio lonerikornponente urn etwa den Faktor 8 wirksarnei ist nls die Elektronenkomponente. Diese Tatsiiclie erkliirt auch die Beobachtung, daR irn Ar-C,H,-Gernisch bei vergleichbaren Strorn-und Drnckbedingungen das Schichtwachstum merklich kleiner als im Ne-C,H,-Gemisch ist.

Ausgehend von der Theorie der positiven SLule nird ein espliziter Zusammenhang zwischen PlasmekenngroOen und der Wachstumsgeschwindigkeit von Polymerschichten an der Rohrwand von Glimmentladungen abgeleitet.Starting from the theory of positive column a relation between plasma-parameters and the velocity of growth of polymerfilms produced in glow-discharges is derived.
