Abstract: Die Thermolyse der deuterierten Tetraphenylhydrazine 9 und 20-22 zeigt, daD die Umlagerung zu den Semidinen wie 4 und 5 intermolekular verlauft, und daO die Radikaldimeren-Zwischenstufen vom Typ 2 und 3 rascher zu den Semidinen tautomerisieren als in Diarylaminyle zuriickspalten.
