Based on the present case and previous reports it is suggested that another indication for surgical exploration of a traumatic scrotal mass is to help establish a diagnosis of traumatic testicular torsion 3,7 . This is important as it may otherwise be very difficult to make such a diagnosis at the time of an acute injury as previously mentioned.…”
