Blood pressure is the primary arterial pressure in the systemic circulation measured in millimeters of mercury. Blood pressure is divided into systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Blood pressure is very volatile and is affected by many activities. One factor affecting blood pressure is sleep quality; several population-based cohort studies say poor sleep quality can increase blood pressure. This study aimed to determine the relationship between sleep quality and blood pressure in the security guard unit (SATPAM) in the Indonesian Christian University area. The method used is an analytical observational and uses a cross-sectional. The data collection technique used primary data obtained through blood pressure measurements at the Security Officer Unit and a questionnaire from July 18 - July 23, 2022, and obtained a sample of 54 respondents. The results showed that most respondents were aged 26-35 years (40.7%), most respondents were male (96.3%), and respondents with poor sleep quality were 39 people (72.7%). Statistical test Pearson Correlation showed no correlation between sleep quality and systolic and diastolic blood pressure at night or in the morning (p>0.05). This study concludes that there is no correlation between sleep quality and blood pressure of the Indonesian Christian University Security Officer Unit. Security serves as a security guard in an agency. In carrying out his duties a security must have a balance and functions in achieving the needs of an agency itself. In the world of work at an agency, especially security, which plays a role in maintaining the security of the agency. In the current era of security, there are those who are not responsible for their duties, so that an agency does not feel comfortable with the security. The purpose of this study to evaluate the performance of security at PT. Sei Mangke Nusantara Tiga and to create a safe and orderly atmosphere. In this study, the researchers used a Data Mining technique using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. Sources of research data obtained from the provision of questionnaires or questionnaires to danton PT. Sei Mangke Nusantara Tiga. The variables of the research used are discipline, attendance, honesty, communication skills and responsibility. In this study, the alternative used as a sample is security at PT. Sei Mangke Nusantara Tiga. The number of data tested is 5 security with two classes. From the results of the calculation of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm, it is obtained that there are 3 classes of good security and 2 security classes that are not good. The results of this study found that the level of accuracy of 100.00%.

The security unit (Satpam) is actually an independent security unit that carries out police duties in a certain environment. This study aims to examine the legal position of security guards in relation to labor law aspects. This research is a normative legal research with a concept and statutory approach. The results of the study confirm that the legal position of a security guard in employment law is that in terms of duties and authorities, a security guard actually carries out the duties of the police, but in terms of rights and obligations in general, such as those related to wages, leave, overtime and so on, they should be based on labor provisions as stipulated in the Labor Law and the Job Creation Law. Regarding the guarantee of employment rights for security guards in the perspective of labor law based on the principle of ejusdem generis in general it can be equated with rights for workers in general, such as: the right to adequate wages, the right to leave, the right to health insurance, the right to severance pay, as well as the right to legal protection. However, there are rights that need to get special arrangements related to security guards in their position as special workers such as the right to associate and assemble which need to be further regulated through government regulations and presidential regulations which contain: the position of independent security guards, especially security guards, rights and obligations, as well as efforts and legal mechanisms.
