Update on granulosa cell tumours of the ovary

Abstract: The pathology and treatment of women with granulosa cell tumours of the ovary is complex. Such women should be managed in a multidisciplinary gynaecological oncology unit. A better understanding of the molecular pathology may assist treatment.
