Ureteral Injury During Colorectal Surgery: Two Case Reports and a Literature Review

Abstract: Abstract:Iatrogenic ureteral injury (IUI) is a dreaded complication of abdominopelvic surgery. Although rare, it is associated with severe consequences. This complication most commonly occurs during gynecological procedures but may also occur during colorectal surgeries.
