Abstract: The efficacy of continuous glucose monitors (CGM) to improve glycaemic control in individuals on intensive insulin therapy (basal and prandial) has been well established in several studies; however, there is limited evidence on its usage and efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D) who are on non-insulin therapies.
