Abstract: BRIEF SUMMARYCurrent knowledge/Study Rationale: Although relaxation techniques (RT) and complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) approaches are commonly used in the United States, and practice guidelines recommend RT as a "standard treatment" for insomnia, neither RT nor CAM usage among adults with insomnia is well understood.
