User Expectation and Benefits of Implementing Artificial Intelligence in the UAE Energy Sector

Leadership style is critical for improving organisational performance, and inappropriate leadership styles harm both employees and the overall performance of any organisation. Poor leadership is likely to be the cause of unethical practises, a high turnover rate, and employee disengagement. Furthermore, they may use an ineffective leadership style when dealing with project subordinates. Subordinate performance that is effective is always desired, but it does not always occur. As a result, the current study investigatedthe four leadership styles and the characteristics that influence organisational performance. The analysis of 398 questionnaire forms collected from ADNOC Company participants revealed that allthe attributes of the four leadership styles used in the UAE are reliable. Transformational leadership isfound to be the most influential leadership style, while democratic leadership is the least influential in influencing the organisational performance of the ADNOC Company in the UAE. In transformational leadership, leaders focus on employees' beliefs about their jobs as the most influential attribute. Leaders in our organisation are reported to have good communication with other employeesas one of the most influential attributes in Transactional leadership style. Similarly, the most influential attributes in Charismatic Leadership style are leaders in our organisation are effective in managing our organisation. The most influential attribute of Democratic leadership is that leaders in our organisation work hard with other workers.Results of this study will able to assist the company in dealing its leadership style.

Model of Transformational Leadership, Risk Management Factors Influencing on Law Performance

The ability of law enforcement organisations to effectively combat crime depends on their use of innovation and workplace transformation. When the need for change in law enforcement organisations' daily operations becomes more and more apparent, transformational leadership has been shown to be extremely beneficial in risk management and enhancing police performance. The right strategy for effective policing development and improving police officer performance is established by this leadership style. The Dubai Police Department's performance in enforcing the law suffers in the absence of effective risk management and transformational leadership, potentially jeopardising the relationship between officers and all departments. As a result, this study created a model outlining the causal links between risk management and transformational leadership and the effectiveness of law enforcement. This study was quantitatively conducted, collecting 381 completed responses that were statistically analysed using SPSS and AMOS. The responses gathered during the data collection process were verified by the reliability analysis. Using fit index parameters to define the relationship between risk management and transformational leadership and law enforcement performance, AMOS analysis revealed that the developed model is satisfactory. The police department will be able to effectively manage risk with the help of this finding in order to reduce crime and create a security plan for the officers.

Mediation Model of Service Quality and Behavioural Intention to Use of Artificial Intelligence Security Technology in UAE

This study created and evaluated a mediation model which allowsthe role of essential artificial intelligence (AI) in mediating the connection between service quality and behavioural intent to use AI security features in the United Arab Emirates.The primary objective is to improve the standards for customer service in the UAE's artificial intelligence security industry. The data to developed the model was derived from 389 valid questionnaires form the questionnaire survey. The data was screened and cleaned before uploaded in Smart-PLS software to developing and assessing the model.Based on the assessment on the model, it was found that the most fundamental form of artificial intelligence exerts a mediating effect to some extent, on the connectionthat exists between service quality and behavioural intention in terms of the application of Al security technology.The coefficient and t-value point to a substantial indirect relationship between the quality of the service and the intention to use artificial intelligence. This relationship is shown to be indirect rather than direct. It is possible to draw the conclusion that improved service quality raises people's likelihood of intending to use AI security technologies. This is due to the fact that the contribution of such technologies to improved job performance, as well as the convenience with which such technologies can be utilised, raises people's awareness of the perceived value of such technologies.
