This paper discusses the implementation of system modelling and analysis standards in teaching technical disciplines using application programming elements in high-level development environments. In the course of education, students consistently study the software development lifecycle stages and face the problems of updating the terms of reference from municipal and private customers at the design stage of relational databases and client applications. The author showed using the IDEF0, IDEF3, and DFD standards to identify the main requirements for software implementation notations. The software development included the following stages: the official customer's query to fulfill a technical task, the subject area analysis of the customer's business and his requirements for the application development, the design of the database and application interface. Verification of the development process was carried out at the bachelor's degree courses "Information systems and technologies at enterprises" of Sholom-Aleichem Priamursky State University during the discipline "Tools," "Systems Theory and Structural Analysis," "Mobile Application Development," and "Software Engineering." Students studied the customer's business processes presented by individual entrepreneur Mishukova N.A., designed the database structure of the unique baguette products, and the interaction of screen forms of client applications based on the II2 framework provided high ergonomics of systems. Students actively discussed the issues of web resources integration and network databases, together with applications development in Windows and Android multi-platform operating environments.

This paper aims to present a method for Systematic Literature Review (SLR). SLR is a method for examining the scientific literature that develops insights, critical reflection, future research paths, and research questions. SLRs are common in disciplines dominated by quantitative approaches, but they can be adapted in studies of generally accepted quantitative and qualitative approaches. Approach: literature review, as a written work used for academic purposes, must have a logical, clear, and planned structure. In addition, this SLR also requires research that has been carried out using qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods.These findings provide evidence that from the management of research articles, research clusters were found that were developed, namely: Entrepreneurs Education, Small Business Development, Business Games simulations, Creativity and innovation, Start-Ups, Entrepreneurial support organizations. From the clusters that have been obtained, the researchers conclude that each cluster becomes a game learning solution in improving entrepreneurial skills. In addition, it is hoped that from the Vosviwer data that has been processethe into a research agenda finding, the researchers suggest that the future research agenda is contextual agility. So that future researchers will discuss more deeply about how contextual agility in improving entrepreneurial skills.

The Education 4.0 technology has now a more secured position in systems controlling the education process. Peering technology is a perspective one to provide a high school learning oriented for students. The peering technology uses an electronic environment web-portal to support asynchronous and collaborative education. The electronic sub technology facilitates the non-auditory web-lections organization. The asynchronous sub technology realizes the online courses education chains social construction method, which correspond the student standards and personal interests. The collaborative sub technology propagates the crew method idea to grasp the competences into the education system, which may reveal the each student personality individual characteristics. There is a way described how to use simultaneously three sub technologies of the high school students peering education. To apply the peering technologies in education may help to develop synchronically student professional and over-professional competences, which are relevant for their industry job. The education peering technologies correspond the being changed today technological world. The peering education actual state is proved with the most education methods significance over-evaluation for a student oriented education.
