Background: Educational multimedia software as a student-oriented educational tool provides an optimal educational condition, which allows students to view surgical videos and photographs and fill the gap between theoretical and practical training. Objectives: The present study aimed to compare the effects of multimedia tools and traditional methods on the neuroscience learning of the undergraduate students of surgical technology in Hamedan, Iran. Methods: This quasi-experimental, interventional study was conducted on 32 undergraduate students of four surgical technology courses, who were selected via convenience sampling. Neurosurgery sessions were divided into two parts, including traditional and multimedia-based education, which were used to teach the multimedia software in the field of neurosurgical topics (movies, photographs, and atlases). The learning of the students was measured by a written test. Data analysis was performed in SPSS version 23 using t-test, and paired t-test was also used to compare the differences between the traditional and multimedia education. Results: The multimedia education was more effective compared to the traditional method of learning in neurosurgery education (P < 0.001). Conclusions: According to the results, multimedia education could be used as a new and effective educational method in operating surgical technology and training.

While the development of information and communication technology has brought great changes to social industrial structure and economic development, it has also reshaped people’s cognition and thinking modes to a great extent and has paid attention to the field of education under the guidance of technology. The reform of education is taking place. According to the background of the Internet of things, the teaching quality evaluation index is reconstructed with the help of principal component analysis, support vector machine, and fuzzy algorithms, and the application performance and practical results of the improved teaching path are analyzed. The results show that the evaluation accuracy of the improved hybrid algorithm for teaching quality reaches more than 90%, and its evaluation time is far less than that of the SVM algorithm (10.23 s), and it has a good application effect on the evaluation of teaching quality. The increase of students’ satisfaction with the improved teaching quality has reached 5.8%, and their professional skills have improved by 6–25 points. After expert evaluation, it is found that the maximum satisfaction frequency of teaching content and teaching effect can reach 96.7% and 91.3%, respectively. Reconstructing the index system of the English path under the background of the Internet of things can better grasp students’ learning needs and integrate multiple methods to provide new research ideas for follow-up English teaching.

Innovations in teaching arose as a need to help traditional methods and means to achieve goals that have been set, but which traditional ways of working and behaving in teaching are not achievable, due to numerous changes in the modern world. The child of the modern world requires a different approach to work, complete individualization and commitment, with unlimited freedom. In these segments, traditional teaching makes serious mistakes, which is why innovative models are needed to improve it, such as project teaching. Project learning, as an innovative model in teaching, is the topic of this paper, through the description of its requirements, purpose, the role that the educator and the child have in it. The most important answer is how important project learning is in preschool education, when the foundations are laid for further work and development of children.
