Using dietary additives to improve palatability of diets containing single‐cell protein from methanotrophic bacteria in yellowtail kingfish ( Seriola lalandi ) diets

Abstract: Each year approximately 18 million tonnes of wild-caught fish are converted into 5 million tonnes of fishmeal, a quantity that has been relatively constant over the last 10 years (FAO, 2020). Approximately, 70% of this fishmeal is used in aquafeeds.
