Using Ekphrasis of Emotional Writing for Improving Emotional Regulation Skills

Abstract: The goal of this study was to examine the effect of ekphrasis of emotional writing (ETE) on emotional regulation skills. The research method is quasi experiment with a non-parametric counterbalanced design.
