Using Mobile Augmented Reality in Performance Support

Abstract: This article describes the benefits of using mobile augmented reality (AR) as a performance support intervention in Human Performance Technology (HPT). It demonstrates examples of using mobile AR to support job performance from areas outside of HPT such as engineering, computer science, and business.
