Uso de substâncias psicoativas por estudantes de enfermagem: revisão da literatura

Abstract

OBJETIVO: Identificar o estado da arte das evidências científicas sobre o uso de substâncias psicoativas entre estudantes de enfermagem. FONTE DE DADOS: Portal da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS). A busca foi realizada em janeiro de 2018, sendo utilizado “Estudantes de Enfermagem” como descritor principal, cruzado com “Transtornos relacionados ao uso de substâncias”; “Drogas Ilícitas”; “Alcoolismo”; “Consumo de álcool na Faculdade”, todos contidos na lista dos Descritores de Ciências da Saúde (DeCS). Foram selecionados artigos publicados nos últimos cinco anos, em português, inglês e espanhol e com texto na íntegra. RESUMO DAS CONCLUSÕES: 17 artigos foram selecionados e, após leitura integral, elaboraram-se três categorias de discussão, sendo elas: 1 – O perfil dos estudantes de enfermagem e o uso de substâncias psicoativas; 2 – Conhecimentos, crenças e atitudes dos estudantes de enfermagem; e 3 – Espiritualidade e uso de substâncias psicoativas. O desenvolvimento de estudos envolvendo a temática tem reduzido nos últimos anos. Foram encontrados estudos que apontaram média a elevada vulnerabilidade para o uso de substâncias psicoativas, bem como predominância de crenças e atitudes negativas entre estudantes de enfermagem.
