Utilization of Agro-Industrial Wastes and Organic Supplements for Cultivation of Blue Oyster Mushroom

Abstract: Mushroom cultivation is a cost-effective biotechnological approach for converting diverse lignocellulosic wastes into nutritionally rich food.
