Utilizing the ICF to Enable Evidence-Based Practice Among Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors

Abstract: The World Health Organization’s (WHO) International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) provides an appropriate framework for conceptualizing cases within vocational rehabilitation (VR) programs.
