Abstract: IntroductionBoth glow discharge treatment of polymer substrate surface and Ti underlayer are used for strong adhesive force of deposited films and for high reproduced voltage at short wavelength, when CO-Cr single layer media are fabricated by continuous vacuum deposition1,'.
