Science literacy is one of the skills learners possess in the 21st century. The main objective of science literacy is to make learners aware that science is a mandatory curriculum component up to the secondary level. The focus should be on developing awareness among learners about the relationship between science, technology, and society, sensitizing learners, especially to environmental and health issues, and enabling them to acquire knowledge and skills. Therefore, a physics E-worksheet is needed that can help students improve their science literacy skills. The research method used is R&D with the Plomp development model. In the preliminary analysis, science literacy analysis, STEM approach, and analysis of the use of electronic teaching materials were analyzed. Furthermore, it continued with the validity test with the result that the STEM-based physics E-worksheet to improve students' science literacy skills is valid for use.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa emodul biologi berbasis contextual teaching and learnind dengan mind mapping pada materi sistem koordinasi kelas XI SMA. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu Analisis (Analyze), desain (Design), Pengembangan (Development), Implementasi (implementation), dan Evaluasi (Evaluation). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi, angket respon guru, angket respon siswa, dan tes hasil belajar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Luwu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) e-modul biologi berbasis contextual teaching and learnind dengan mind mapping memenuhi kriteria valid dengan rerata skor sebesar 4,4; 2) e-modul biologi berbasis contextual teaching and learnind dengan mind mapping memenuhi kriteria praktis berdasarkan hasil respon guru dengan rerata 96.7% pada kategori sangat kuat dan 3.3% pada kategori kuat, sedangkan hasil respon siswa dengan rerata 36.7% pada kategori sangat kuat dan 63.3% pada kategori kuat; 3) e-modul biologi berbasis contextual teaching and learnind dengan mind mapping memenuhi kriteria efektif dengan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 81% (sangat efektif). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul biologi berbasis contextual teaching and learnind dengan mind telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif.

Physics is a part of science that relating to natural phenomena. Physics learning must be integrated with natural phenomena material, one of which is lightning. Lightning material is integrated in physics learning using teaching material, namely e-module based on experiential learning models. E-module which is feasible to be used in learning is a valid e-module.A research aim to obtain validity of physics e-module integrated by lightning disaster material based on experiential learning. The method of this research was descriptive study. The validity of e-module can be measured using instrument in the form of a validation questionnaire. Validation component consists of the feasibility of contents, presentation feasibility, linguistic eligibility, and graphic feasibility. Validity of the e-module was assessed by experts and practitioners. Based on the results of validation of experts and practitioners, physics e-module integrated by lightning disaster material based on experiential learning has been proven valid and worthy of being tested in learning.
