Abstract:Introduction: Liver is the most commonly involved organ by metastatic disease. Secondary tumors are more frequent lesion forming more than 75%, while primary cancers of liver formed less than 25%. Imaging according to LI-RAD can give a clue for the nature of the primary lesion of live particularly hepatocellular carcinoma.
