Variation in recombinant protein production volume of Fim-C-salmonella typhi as a raw material for typhoid detection kit at laboratory scale

Abstract: Salmonella typhi is gram-negative bacteria that caused typhoid fever in humans; prevention of the disease is currently through vaccination.
