Variation of Physicochemical Characteristics of Tomato Under Different Traditional Forms of Conservation

Abstract: Tomato is a fruit rich in vitamins and minerals, contains vitamin C and flavonoids, which prevent heart disease, strokes, chickenpox and cancer.
