Veiksminga Mentorystė: Slaugos Studijų Atvejis

Abstract: AnotacijaStraipsnyje pristatomu tyrimu siekiama apibūdinti veiksmingą mentorystę slaugos studijų kontekste. Šiam tikslui pasiekti pasirinktas modifikuotas koncepto raidos analizės metodas, apimantis teorinę ir empirinę koncepto analizes. Empiriniam tyrimui atlikti taikytas grupinės diskusijos metodas. Duomenims surinkti buvo sudarytos trys diskusijų grupės, kuriose dalyvavo 7 slaugos dėstytojai ir 18 slaugos studentų. Duomenų analizei taikytas kokybinės turinio analizės metodas.
