Velocity Obstacle Based Conflict Avoidance in Urban Environment with Variable Speed Limit

Abstract: Current investigations into urban aerial mobility, as well as the continuing growth of global air transportation, have renewed interest in conflict detection and resolution (CD&R) methods.
