Veränderungen in der Blühbereitschaft vernalisierter Cotyledonen von Streptocarpus, kenntlich gemacht durch Blattstecklinge

Abstract: Es wurden Blattstecklinge von verschieden lang vernalisierten Pflanzen von Streptocarpus Wendlandii und dem Bastard Str. Wendlandii X grandis gemacht, indem Blattstücke aus verschieden vorbehandelten Pflanzen und in verschiedener Entfernung von der Basis geschnitten wurden. Der entscheidende Erfolg dieser Versuche besteht darin, daß der Vernalisationserfolg in der Mitte eines mindestens 30 cm langen, also völlig ausgebildeten Blattes beginnt, nach und nach an die Basis wandert und über diese hinaus in vegetati… Show more
