Versatility of the Proximally Pedicled Anterolateral Thigh Flap and Its Use in Complex Abdominal and Pelvic Reconstruction

Abstract: This versatile flap has a wide arc of rotation. Multiple surgical modifications can be employed to tailor the flap to individual patient needs.
