Vibration Analysis of the Non-abrasive Cryogenic Polishing Experimental Devices

Abstract: Non-abrasive cryogenic polishing is a new method that can obtain ultra-smooth surfaces. For experimental devices, the vibration displacement, vibration frequency, and natural frequency can be obtained through model analysis under a 3D experimental model using ANSYS. Results show that the faster the ice wheel rotates, the smaller vibration of the experimental devices, and the higher the vibration frequency.
