Vibration characteristics analysis of mistuned bladed disk system based on mobile interface prestressed CMS super-element method

Abstract: A new mobile interface prestressed component mode synthesis (CMS) super-element method is proposed with the mobile interface prestressed and free interface super-element approach. Analysis accuracy of this method is verified by the cyclic symmetry analysis method and the direct method. The mistuning parameter of real blades is identified by modal testing and finite element method, and the vibration characteristics of the real mistuned bladed disk system are analyzed based on the mobile interface CMS method. “…In this method, stator blade displacement and dynamic displacement are combined to calculate the displacement of blade disk system. Zhang [20] studied the vibration characteristics of a blade disk model with friction damping structure. The results show that the macroscopic slip caused by partial dry friction of the blade root can reduce the vibration amplitude.…”

“…Literature [21][22][23][24][25] carried out related researches on the vibration characteristics of mistuned bladed disks on the basis of the fixed-interface CMS method. Literature [26] identified the mistuned parameters of real blades using modal testing and finite element method, and the vibration characteristics of the real mistuned bladed disk structure were analyzed by the mobile interface prestressed CMS superelement method.…”

“…For instance, based on the component mode synthesis (CMS) ROM, Judge et al 32 proposed two methods to identify blade mistuning by measuring data of the vibration response of the blisk. Zhang et al 33 proposed a new mobile interface prestressed CMS super-element method, and the mistuning of real blades was identified by modal testing and finite element method. Using the Craig-Bampton (C-B) technique, Pichot et al 34 presented a mistuning identification method for turbomachinery blisks.…”
