This study aimed to study quality of theses of master education program in teaching science and mathematics, Mahasarakham University, Thailand which conducted and published during 2016-2019. A 37 theses were studied through systematic approach. Data were collected by 24 questionnaires of theses analysis anecdotal. Mean, standard deviation, and percentage were employed. Results showed that most of thesis focus on action research due to the school contexts. Teaching strategies or innovation which employed are problem-based learning, inquiry-based learning, STEM education and other trending approaches. All of informants or samples are studying in high school level. Overall of quality of thesis can be considered in at good level. The finding is useful for program development and shaping research area for graduate students in the future.

New era COVID-19 pandemic requires teachers and students to understand technology. Along with the times, various kinds of latest innovations will appear, such as the novelty of digital learning. This study aims to analyze profile of STREAM DigLIM during the COVID-19 pandemic era and the recommendations of learning policymakers. The research method used in-depth analysis of literature studies related to learning innovation in madrasas, then the results of the literature were used to create new ideas related to digital learning innovations in Madrasah called STREAM DigLIM. STREAM DigLIM is a Scientific, Technology, Religious, Engineering, Art, and Mathematical Digital Learning Innovation in Madrasah. Profile of the STREAM DigLIM approach has characteristics of being based on science, technology, religion, engineering, art, and mathematics by maximizing digital potential of the latest technology. Characteristics of this approach in aspects of religion and art into learning in Madrasahs are literacy. The main objective of this approach is to train students' literacy, train students' religious skills and basic technology skills during the learning process. The researcher's recommendation about learning policy is the concept of STREAM DigLIM approach in learning. Where the religious aspect is emphasized during learning process. And this is packed with elements of art. The results of this study are used as empirical evidence that digital learning innovation needs to be developed and created, especially digital learning innovation media.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has had a far-reaching effect on higher education institutions, and individual student assessments have garnered much attention during the pandemic. This study aimed to validate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) application instruments using the Rasch analysis employing Winsteps version 3.73. A survey was conducted with 201 respondents from two provinces in Indonesia. The students were selected by convenience sampling and answered the adopted STEM application instrument. The STEM application instruments were adapted, and these were divided into seven sub-constructs derived from STEM disciplines. Rasch Modelling was employed for data analysis using Winsteps version 3.7.3 to analyse reliability, separation, item fit statistics, unidimensionality, and rating scale calibration. Each sub-construct fulfilled a minimum of 0.65 for Cronbach alpha, item, and person reliability, and most of them had more than 1.5 person and item separation. In general, each item had a good score of the mean square, Z-tolerated standard, and point measure correlation, indicating fulfilment of the Rasch measurement model. The analysis also showed unidimensionality assumption and an excellent rating scale. This study contributed to the body of STEM knowledge by using Rasch Modelling to test the validity and reliability of STEM application instruments.
