Violência contra mulheres no Brasil e no Uruguai: as experiências da Lei Maria da Penha e da Lei de Violência Doméstica.

Abstract: RESUMO: : O presente trabalho resulta de um estudo sociológico sobre as situações violência conjugal contra mulheres. O enfoque teórico-metodológico orienta-se pela perspectiva da sociologia jurídica.
