Vizyoner Liderlik ve Örgütsel Bağlılık İlişkisi: Otel İşletmelerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract: ÖZGünümüz örgütlerinde, çalışanların kabiliyetleri liderler ekseninde şekillenmektedir. Çalışanları işleyişsel sürece dahil ederek, onlarla ortak bir vizyon gelişimini teşvik eden vizyoner liderler, bugünün örgütlerinin ihtiyaç duyduğu kolektif eylem anlayışını örgütte hâkim kılarlar. Bu sayede, kendisini örgütün bir parçası gibi hisseden çalışanlarda, örgüte yönelik bağlılık daha da pekişmiş olacaktır.
