The topicality of the issue under study is due to the need to research the features of forming the professional competency of would-be teachers during extracurricular activity and independent learning of students, under the condition of introducing a competency approach into the modern educational system (by the example of would-be Physical Training teachers). The article objective is to disclose the conditions of forming the professional competence of a would-be Physical Training teacher, and to elaborate a complex of extracurricular pedagogical measures which would promote the more effective forming the professional competence. The leading approach to the research of the stated problem is the competency-activity approach, serving as the practice-oriented tactics of research and showing that the main direct result of educational activity, as for our research, is forming a set of professional competencies underlying the professional competency of a teacher. The research results are presented, which show that the most important role in the structure of professional competency of a Physical Training teacher, providing his/her successful professional functioning, is played by subject-professional, communicative and analytical-reflective component, as well as certain individual-personal qualities of a would-be teacher. The unity and integrity of these components are the dominants of a Physical Training teacher performance; hence, they are the obligatory elements of his/her professional training within the process of both curricular and extracurricular activity and independent learning. The materials of the research will be useful for the scholars studying the issues of introducing a competency approach into the Russian educational system, for the specialists engaged in organization of studies in the higher and secondary professional educational establishments, for pedagogues working at various educational establishments, for students of pedagogical universities and other persons concerned.

The significance of the issue under study lies in research of the subject matter, character and components of special competences, as well as defining feasible ways of their formation in the framework of a higher vocational pedagogical institution. The article is aimed at providing the rationale for necessary formation of special competences in education for vocational teachers with implementation of Vocational and Federal State Education Standards. The main method of studying the given issue consists in pedagogical modeling of educational procedures for vocational teachers which allows it to outline the formation process of a special competence in learning specialist disciplines after determining its structure and contents. It was deemed necessary and proved to form special competence in education of future vocational teachers. The process of special training was structured with relevant amendments and supplements to its contents. On the top of it, this process of was accompanied by specially designed learning and teaching materials. The contents of the article could be of interest for graduate students and postgraduates as well as teachers who are involved in working on educational projects for vocational teachers.

The relevance of the research problem was determined by the trend in the development of corporate personnel training at industrial enterprises, which demanded the creation of special units in the structure of HR services of the enterprises -training centers that perform the functions of personnel training -taking into account the specificity of the enterprise and the systematization of corporate personnel training. The systematization of corporate personnel training in the situation of training centers of the enterprises is possible by developing of a model of the personnel professional competence, taking into account specifics of the enterprise activity and its sector orientation, as well as through the development of the formation technology for the personnel's professional competence. The purpose of this article is to describe the system developed by authors for corporate training of personnel in the machine building industry as well as the results of experimental approval of the developed system in the conditions of the enterprise training centers. The leading method of the research is a formative pedagogical experiment, in the course of which the system for corporate training of workers in the machine building industry for the lathe works is simulated on the base of the industrial enterprise's training center. The corporate training system is focused on the formation of professional competence of workers in the machine building industry, consisting of core competencies and the individual's professional qualities, which serve as a basis for the selection and structuring of learning content. A formative pedagogical experiment allows us to identify the effectiveness of the complex formation of the trainees' components of professional competence through the application of modular training technology and the methodological support -training elements, developed in accordance with the requirements of the "Modular employable skills" concept and augmented with the complex of production objectives performed directly at the workplace under the guidance of a mentor. The main results described in the article are the system of corporate personnel training in the conditions of a training center of the enterprise, revealing with the three subsystems: organizational (models the organization of educational process in the conditions of the enterprise), content (models the content of the workers training of from the standpoint of the formation of their professional competence), methodological and technological (models the technology of formation of professional competence of workers in terms enterprise). The article may be useful for HR specialists of industrial enterprises, teachers of the training centers of the enterprises, corporate universities, specialists of employment centers as well as psychologists and teachers-researchers.
