Vraagsturing vraagt om reflexief ondernemen – praktijkbijdrage

Abstract: De laatste jaren heeft Parc Imstenrade, een residentiële woonvorm voor senioren te Heerlen, een proces in gang gezet om vraagsturing te verankeren in het professioneel handelen van de medewerkers en in de bedrijfsvoering van de organisatie. Daarbij zijn resultaten bereikt om trots op te zijn: tevredenheid bij bewoners -zoals blijkt uit de bewonersonderzoeken -, laag ziekteverzuim bij medewerkers, productiecijfers die snel groeien en een enthousiast managementteam. we denken dat deze resultaten niet zomaar zijn… Show more
