Water Quality Characterization of the Prut River

Abstract: The catchment of Prut River is located in an area with many natural and anthropogenic pressures. The various uses of water, as well as the fact that the river corresponds to the border with Moldova Republic makes the monitoring of water quality a necessity for the authorities.
