“…Studies have shown that a number of factors affect noise sensitivity of human eye like luminance, frequency band, texture, proximity to an edge. Human eye is less sensitive to noise in high resolution bands, bands having orientation of +45°, to noise in areas where brightness is high or low and to noise in highly textured areas [26][27].
