Real-time data processing and analysis is crucial in the financial markets since transactions in real time are directly linked to profit. Understanding the integration of finance and business allows the organization to enhance its core competitiveness by improving management and enabling it to lead business expansion more effectively. This manuscript proposes a Sparse Oblique Trees Algorithm (SOTA) optimized with the Waterwheel Plant Algorithm (WWPA) for the construction of financial transformation. The data are collected from multi-national organization dataset. Afterward, the data’s are fed to pre-processing. In pre-processing segment; it removes the noise and enhances the input data’s utilizing Data-Adaptive Gaussian Average Filtering (DAGAF). The outcome from the pre-processing data is transferred to the SOTA. The investment and dividend are successfully classified by using SOTA. The WWPA is used to optimize the weight parameter of SOTA. The proposed SOTA-WWPA is applied in python working platform. The proposed technique was computed by examining performance indicators like precision, F1-score, accuracy, sensitivity and recall. The proposed SOTA-WWPA technique yields improved results in terms of accuracy (16.65%, 18.85%, and 17.89%), sensitivity (16.34, 12.23%, and 18.54%), and precision (14.89%, 16.89%, and 18.23%). The proposed FT-SOTA-WWPA method is contrasted with the existing methods like FT-CNN, FT-MBLSTMNN, and FT-SVM models respectively.

Knowledge-based passwords are still the most dominant authentication method for securing digital platforms and services, in spite of the emergence of alternative systems such as token-based and biometric systems. This method has remained the most popular one mostly because of its usability, compatibility, affordability of implementation, and user familiarity. However, the main challenge of knowledge-based password schemes lies in creating passwords that provide a balance between memorability and security. This research aimed to compare various knowledgebased schemes in order to establish a strategy that provided high memorability and resilience to most cyberattacks. The overview of this research identifies areas of knowledge-based passwords for further research and enhances the methodology that helps to offer insight into usable, secure, and sustainable authentication approaches. Future work has been recommended to explore the major features and drawbacks of recognition-based textual passwords because this method provides the usability and security benefits of graphical passwords with the familiarity of textual passwords.

Exploration of the Innovation of College English Teaching Models from a Cultural Perspective

Since the 21st century, attempts have been made to reform English teaching in colleges, but due to the influence of concepts such as exam oriented, utilitarian, and instrumental, English teaching in colleges still focuses on injection based teaching. Teaching does not place much emphasis on the use and improvement of sophisticated language abilities, which is not helpful to developing global capabilities. Therefore, the university English teaching mode needs innovation. This article would explore its innovation from a cultural perspective, first explaining the necessity of innovation in the university English teaching mode, as well as the existing problems, and then constructing a new university English teaching mode based on a cultural perspective. Finally, taking R University as an example, this article selects students from Class 1 and Class 2 of the 2018 English major at the university as the experimental subjects, with Class 1 as the experimental group, and applies a cultural perspective based college English teaching model. Class 2 as the control group, and for the comparative experimental analysis, it is taught using conventional methods. After comparing the experiments, it was found that the percentage of people who did well in Class 1 on the post-experimental mapping test increased by 40% compared to the pre-experimental period, while the proportion of people with excellent grades in the control group increased by 5%. In terms of the assessment of English comprehensive application ability before and after the experiment, the number of people in the experimental group with good and excellent English comprehensive application ability increased the most, while the control group showed changes, but the changes were not significant, and the improvement of learning ability was not fast. In summary, the college English teaching model based on cultural perspective is significantly superior to traditional teaching models, with high feasibility, and is conducive to improving students' cross-cultural communication ability and cultural quality.
