The aims of this paper are to determine the mediating role of self-empowerment on the causality relations between good governance and workplace spirituality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among lecturers. There are so many educational-institutions in East Java have developed to survive in competition with fellow universities. In this case the role of the lecturer is needed and highly expected to achieve organizational goals. In this case, OCB has been an important part in organization that means employee willing to do extra role job. The method of this study contains of <a name="_Hlk127807483"></a>theoretical direction and quantitative as core method. Structural Equation Modelling analysis is used by using WarpPLS7.0 software. The results show that workplace spirituality and self-empowerment had significant positive effect on OCB, however good governance has no effect. This study also proved that self-empowerment has mediating effect on good governance and workplace spirituality to OCB. This study can be discussed and expanded by researchers and practitioners by adding new variables that relevant to OCB. The main implication of this result is Institutions must be able to optimally provide supports, in the form of facilities and services to employees so that employees feel empowered and support OCB.

Teacher professionalism determines the quality of education output. Hence, this study aims to explore the effect of good corporate governance (GCG) and knowledge management (KM) on the teacher's professional performance in Indonesia mediating by affective commitment. A questionnaire collected the research data through the survey method. The research participants are 375 teachers spreading across three provinces (Jakarta, Banten, West Java) determined by accidental sampling. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics. The results show that GCG and KM have a significant effect on the teacher's professional performance, either directly or indirectly, mediating by affective commitment. The affective commitment has a direct effect more adequate on the teacher's professional performance than GCG and KM, KM has a direct effect more adequate on teacher's affective commitment than GCG, and KM has an indirect effect more appropriate on the teacher's professional performance mediated by affective commitment than GCG. Therefore, a fit research model about the effect of GCG and KM on the teacher's professional performance mediated by affective commitment was found based on data from teachers in Indonesia. This model can be adopted as a reference or discursus by researchers and education practitioners in developing teacher professional performance models in the future and various contexts, fields, and educational organizations.

The effective significance of leadership for school organizations focuses on several elements, such as collaboration motivation and educational environment establishment. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the effects of cultural intelligence-based principal leadership (CI-BPL) on organizational culture, school governance, and teacher task performance, accompanied by the analysis of a new empirical model prioritizing the mediation mechanism. A survey-based causal design approach was subsequently implemented by distributing questionnaires to 450 Indonesian teachers in junior high schools. The results of data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) found a new empirical model of the influence of CI-BPL on teacher task performance through the mediating mechanism of organizational culture and school governance. The conclusion is that organizational culture and school governance mediate the effect of CI-BPL on teacher task performance. As an implication, educational practitioners can adopt the model as a strategy to improve teacher task performance, while researchers can adapt or modify the model in their future research work.
