Vocational High School (VHS) is the initial level of vocational education whose task is to prepare students to become skilled labor in the industrial field. At this time there have been many changes, related to the era of industrial revolution 4.0, and the demands of life in the 21st century. Therefore it is necessary to increase the competence of vocational students in order to respond to these changes, both related to the era of industrial revolution 4.0, and demands for skills 4C to be able to live in existence in the 21st century. How far has the implementation of Vocational Schools been able to respond to these changes and demands? To answer this question, a research is needed entitled "Readiness of Vocational students in order to face the industrial revolution 4.0 and the demands of 21st century skills". Through literature studies, it was found that it was needed: (1) the use of learning models such as Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL), Cooperative Learning and the like, in order to foster 4C skills capabilities for vocational students; (2) the use of learning media such as e-larning, Flipped classroom and podcasts; (3) IoT utilization, digital literacy, and utilization of e-books that are cheap, practical, environmentally friendly, and up to date, (2) improving teacher quality related to the demands of 21st century skills. | Celebes Education Review

As advances and developments in technology and learning media demand the importance of using ICT-based teaching materials, so does the establishment of printed teaching materials. Generally, these teaching materials have been used in various subjects including Aqidah Akhlak subjects at MAN 1 Sinjai. Therefore, the aim of the study was to determine the significant effect between the use of ICT-based teaching materials and printed materials on learning motivation. This research is an ex post facto quantitative approach. The population in this study was class XI students at MAN 1 Sinjai in 2019/2020 consisting of 9 groups with a total number of 238 students. From the total population, to determine the sample used the Equalsize Cluster Random Sampling technique, the number of samples obtained consisted of class XI religion 24 people, XI MIPA 3 as many as 32 people, and XI IPS 4 totaling 28 so that the sample obtained was 84 people. The method of collecting data is through questionnaires. Data analysis is through inferential statistical analysis using multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between the use of ICT-based teaching materials and printed teaching materials together on learning motivation at MAN 1 Sinjai with a percentage of 31.8%.

El debate sobre el uso del lenguaje inclusivo no es nuevo en países como España e Italia, pero su repercusión se ha visto multiplicada en los últimos años por las redes sociales y los medios de comunicación. Esta investigación pretende analizar las actitudes del alumnado universitario ante el lenguaje igualitario y ante el debate público sobre su uso. Para ello se ha llevado a cabo un estudio transeccional descriptivo con modelo mixto a través de cuatro instrumentos: cuestionario, foro, actividades y grupo de discusión. La muestra ha estado compuesta por estudiantes (N=242) de dos universidades de España e Italia y de cinco titulaciones. Entre las conclusiones obtenidas destaca el amplio grado de aceptación del lenguaje inclusivo por parte del alumnado universitario, así como su convicción de que el debate reflejado en los medios de comunicación puede beneficiar a la sociedad en su camino hacia una mayor igualdad
