“…While medical student Scholars were less likely to decide to pursue fellowship than psychiatry resident Scholars in bivariate comparisons, training level was not associated with the decision to pursue fellowship in our final model, contrary to previous work that evaluated interest in geriatric psychiatry among psychiatry residents. 13 This study revealed the importance of the AAGP to the pipeline mission of the Scholars Program.
