What Role Does Error Orientation Play in the Relationship Between Error Management Climate and Innovative Behavior?

Abstract. Through theoretical analysis on the effect mechanism of error management climate and error orientation on innovative behavior, it's find that the positive error management climate can not only has a positive influence on employee's innovative behavior on organizational level ,but also positively affect error orientation on personal level; positive error orientation can directly promote innovative behavior, meanwhile, it can serve as an intermediary role between error management climate and innovative behavior.
