Abstract: Widmung.Die unwandelbare Dankbarkeit des Schfilers gegen seinen Lehrer kann am besten dadurch bewiesen werden, daft er in dem Geiste welter arbeitet, wie er es in der ,,Schule" gelernt hat. ,,Schule machen" ist der Wunsch vieler; aber nur wenige erleben die Erf/illung dieses Wunsches. They and the laudatory dedication written by Harttung, Jadassohn, and Schaffer (1907) testify to the affection and respect in which Albert Neisser was held by these many workers, themselves mostly notable figures in the world of dermatology and syphilology.
