Wie kann man den Engineering-Prozess systematisch verbessern?

Abstract: In diesem Beitrag werden die Ergebnisse der Arbeit des GMA-Fachausschusses 6.12 "Durchgängiges Engineering von Leitsystemen" der letzten 1½ Jahre vorgestellt und zur Diskussion gestellt. Die Ergebnisse beinhalten eine Systematik zur Einordnung der Arbeitsweise einer Engineering-Organisation bezogen auf ihr wirtschaftliches, organisatorisches und technisches Umfeld und mögliche Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung einer Engineering-Organisation.
